02 · KIDS' NUTRITION

Gritzo

HealthKart · India

Gritzo is HealthKart's nutrition brand for children. Its SuperMilk health drinks are made for each age and need of a growing child. Gritzo's ads are made with influencers, and Galvor decodes every one of those films.

  • Tag every influencer film: creator type, follower band, ad category, narrative
  • Find the hooks: how the best films open, and where viewers stay
  • Film-by-film re-cut plans: what to move, what to cut, what to keep
  • New campaigns: scripts and storyboards for the next creators
  • A monthly creative review and live boards in the Galvor app

The hooks we found

How Gritzo's best films open, read from every film's first seconds, plus new hooks Galvor wrote for the next round.

Hook 01

Start inside family life

Open in the middle of a moment between people, like siblings arguing. Viewers stay to see how it ends, and the product arrives as the ending.

“Meri behen itna pareshan karti hai ki kabhi kabhi mummy bhi bol deti hai…”My sister is so much trouble that even Mummy sometimes says…
Hook 02

Let the child ask for it

The child asks for the milk by name in the first seconds. A child wanting it is stronger proof than an adult explaining it.

“Mumma, Frozen milk de do.”Mumma, give me the Frozen milk.
Hook 03

The child reacts in their own words

Show the child's real reaction to the taste. It answers the parent's first question: will my child actually drink this?

“Are is doodh me to magic hai! Thoda aur milega kya?”This milk has magic! Can I have a bit more?
Hook 04

A day at home

Follow an ordinary family day, often a festival moment. The product is one natural part of it, not the subject.

“Is Navratri maine apne haathon se Maa Durga ki murti banayi…”This Navratri I made the Durga idol with my own hands…
Hook 05

A parent's own feeling

A parent speaks to camera about her own child and how she feels about the growth she can see.

“Kal tak meri bacchi itni chhoti thi, aaj mujhse bhi zyada height hai.”Yesterday my girl was so small; today she is taller than me.
New hook · written by Galvor

“Arre, kitna bada ho gaya!”

Oh, look how much he has grown!

The line every relative says

A new hook Galvor wrote for festive visits: a grandparent notices the growth at the door, and the child answers with what he drinks.

New hook · written by Galvor

“Aaj ka review: doodh.”

Today's review: milk.

The child as food reviewer

A new hook Galvor wrote: the child reviews today's breakfast to camera, pulls a face at plain milk, then gives SuperMilk full marks.

Campaigns we created

Scripts and storyboards made in the Galvor app, each built on one of the hooks above. Frames shown as they appear on Gritzo's dashboard.

Campaign

Class photo day

A boy demands his SuperMilk before Monday's class photo, so he is not stuck on the floor in the front row again.

Opens with: Let the child ask for it
01
Hook: "Mumma, give me my SuperMilk now, or I'll be sitting on the floor in front for Monday's class photo!"
02
He shows how his classmates are shooting up while he still stands at the front of the assembly line.
03
Mum started him on SuperMilk made for his age and growth needs.
04
One scoop in milk every day, and the daily nutrients are covered.
05
Payoff: the front-row floor seat is now someone else's.
Campaign

Papa drank my milk

A morning family skit: the child catches Dad quietly finishing his SuperMilk and tells Mum that Dad is done growing, but he is not.

Opens with: Start inside family life
01
Hook: "Mumma, look, Papa is quietly finishing my SuperMilk!"
02
Without his daily glass, his energy for school and sports will drop.
03
He needs a fresh glass now, or he will run out of steam at football practice.
04
Glass in hand, he rushes Mum because the school bus is about to arrive.
Campaign

Tallest on the team

A boy who wants to make the school basketball team tracks his growth with pencil marks on the door.

Opens with: Let the child ask for it
01
Hook: "Mumma, if I drink SuperMilk every day, can I really be the tallest basketball player in school?"
02
Coach says team selection goes to whoever has the best height and stamina.
03
So he starts now: two spoons of Gritzo in warm milk.
04
A new pencil mark on the door, the goal to reach by match day.
05
Close: his glass should be ready after every practice.
